Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

Work Setting

• Free-standing inpatient rehab hospital
• Adult rehabilitation population, including stroke, brain injury, debility, amputation, spinal cord injury, and neurological disorders

Schedule and Duties

• Every other weekend required
• No call
• No float requirements

Additional Details

• 40-bed unit
• Patient ratio: 5:1
• Equipment includes Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G
• Epic used for electronic health records
• Caribbean blue scrubs required
• Blue jeans are not allowed
