Travel Surgical Technologist Job Summary
Role
- Travel surgical technologist in an outpatient surgery setting
- Specialty focus: operating room
Location
- Englewood, Colorado
Schedule
- Day shift
- Typical start time: 6:30 AM
- Shift length is generally 8–10 hours
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Surgical Technologist license in Colorado
- Certified Surgical Technologist (6 months of experience)
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- DORA
- CST
Preferred Experience
- Orthopedic experience, including ACLs, rotator cuff repairs, knee scopes, and total joints
- ENT experience, including septoplasty, SMR, T&A, and stapedectomy
- Instrument room experience
Common Procedures
- Knee scope
- ACL repair
- Rotator cuff repair
- Vitrectomy
- Laparoscopic hernia repair
- Laparoscopic cholecystectomy
- Bunionectomy
