Role Overview

• Travel RN position in Progressive Care
• 1 opening
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend rotation; weekend shifts can be accommodated if needed
• No call requirements
• 13-week contract

Unit Details

• Medical Surgical department
• 17-bed unit
• 1:6 maximum patient ratio
• Float potential between Swain and Harris Regional on Med-Surg or equivalent nursing experience
• Patient population is 18+ with most patients 65+

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS
• ACLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• PICC/CVC management
• Med Surg experience
