Employment Type: Travel

Work in an inpatient rehabilitation program focused on patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions.
Facility features include:
- Low stimulation and secured unit with monitored rooms, specialized beds, patient lifts, and dedicated therapy gym and dining area
- Gymnasiums with high-tech therapy devices such as the InMotion Robotic Arm and a therapy car to assist patients in relearning vehicle entry/exit
- Special apartments for practicing daily living tasks
- Private, family-friendly rooms with sleeper chairs
- Outdoor healing garden and walking trail to support rehabilitation

Valid LPN/LVN license in Oklahoma
Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience, including experience within the last year

Resume, skills checklist, and license must be attached to submission
Masking required from November 1 through March 31 during influenza season unless community data indicates otherwise
Facility-specific exemption form required for those not receiving flu vaccination due to exemption
