Job Description
The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, leadership, and the ability to plan and deliver safe care. The RN will delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience and supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) experience within the last year
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Knowledge of central lines
- Telemetry experience

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
Schedule
- Shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
