Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 8-hour Day Shift

Outpatient setting with a patient population primarily consisting of middle-aged active individuals; some pelvic cases included.
Expected to see 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.
Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
Guaranteed 36 hours per week with the possibility to work up to 40 hours.
Overtime must be approved by the director before working additional hours.
No floating to other clinics.

Must hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
Outpatient experience is preferred but not mandatory.
New graduates are accepted.
First-time travelers are accepted.

Candidates local to the facility (within 50 miles) will be considered for local pay rates.
