Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
  • Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • OR - Operating Room experience
  • OB/GYN experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Collaborate with the care team and coordinate patient care activities
  • Advocate for patients and families
  • Document care, patient responses, and education
  • Delegate or assign care within team members’ scope and competency
