Contract Length: 13 weeks

Oversee daily clinical operations within the medical department, reporting to facility leadership.
Manage and supervise nursing and non-licensed healthcare staff, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Provide direct patient care within scope of licensure, including executing physician orders, assisting in exams/treatments, medication administration, emergency care, triage, and physical assessments.
Ensure adequate staffing and fill in during short staffing periods.
Monitor inpatient hospitalizations and coordinate early releases when appropriate.
Maintain security and confidentiality of medical records.
Assist with audits, compliance, and accreditation processes.
Provide health counseling and education.
Prepare and maintain various reports and documentation.
Participate in legal processes related to medical services as needed.

Valid RN license in California
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in supervisory roles
