Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist - Electrophysiology
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Employment Type: Long Term Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Position in the Cath Lab as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Electrophysiology.
- Start date: ASAP
- Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour days)
- Expected hours: 40 hours per week
- On-call duties: Yes, rotated weeknights and weekends
Required Skills and Procedures
- Credentials required: RCIS or ARRT with Cardiovascular (CV) or Cardiac Interventional (CI) credentials
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
- Experience with cardiac catheterizations including:
- Left and Right Heart Catheterizations
- Complex Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCIs)
- Chronic Total Occlusions (CTO)
- Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
- Mitral Clip procedures
- Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) / Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO)
- STEMI cases
Required Qualifications
- Electrophysiology Technician with at least 1 year of experience within the last year
- RCIS or ARRT with Cardiovascular (CV) or Cardiac Interventional (CI) credentials
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Additional Information
- Parking is self-pay at approximately $50/month
- Dress code: Provided by the facility
