Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist - Electrophysiology

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Employment Type: Long Term Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Position in the Cath Lab as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Electrophysiology.
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour days)
  • Expected hours: 40 hours per week
  • On-call duties: Yes, rotated weeknights and weekends

Required Skills and Procedures

  • Credentials required: RCIS or ARRT with Cardiovascular (CV) or Cardiac Interventional (CI) credentials
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
  • Experience with cardiac catheterizations including:
    • Left and Right Heart Catheterizations
    • Complex Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCIs)
    • Chronic Total Occlusions (CTO)
    • Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
    • Mitral Clip procedures
    • Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) / Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO)
    • STEMI cases

Required Qualifications

  • Electrophysiology Technician with at least 1 year of experience within the last year
  • RCIS or ARRT with Cardiovascular (CV) or Cardiac Interventional (CI) credentials
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

Additional Information

  • Parking is self-pay at approximately $50/month
  • Dress code: Provided by the facility
