Job Opportunity: Electrophysiology Technician
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)
Start Date: ASAP (as early as 4/14)
Job Details
- Modality: EP Tech
- Shift/Hours: 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, plus late shifts twice per week
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
- On-Call: Yes
- Cases: 8-10 electrophysiology cases per day
- Top Diagnoses Encountered:
- Atrial Fibrillation (Afib)
- Atrial Flutter (Aflutter)
- Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT)
- Ventricular Tachycardia (VT)
- Cardiomyopathy
- Heart Failure
Requirements
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
- Credentialing: Must be completed by Wednesday prior to Monday start
- Systems Used: Cerner and Cardiolab
Additional Information
- Dress code: Hospital provided
- No local candidates within 50 miles required
- Billing cycle: Weekly
