Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Buffalo, New York
Employment Type: Travel
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 38 hours per week
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Required Credentials & Certifications

• BLS (AHA)
• ARRT Certification
• Professional State License (including acceptance of out-of-state licensure when permitted by state executive orders)
• Catholic Core Competencies
• Catholic Skills Checklist
• Catholic Unit Exam

Health & Safety Requirements

• Proof of vaccinations or titers: MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza (Oct 1 – Mar 31, accepts declination), Varicella
• TB Test (One Step Tb Skin Test / Tspot / TB QuantiFERON within past 12 months)
• Annual TB Questionnaire (within past 12 months)
• Physical and Vision Exam (within past 12 months, must include systems check)
• Catholic Drug Screen (12 panel, no THC, within past 12 months)

Background & Professional Requirements

• Driver's License or State ID
• 7-year Criminal County Search, SSN Trace, National Criminal Database (within 12 months)
• National and State Sex Offender Registry checks (within 30 days prior to start)
• Catholic Webchecks (within 30 days prior to start)
• Catholic Resume, Professional Reference, Employment Verification, Badge Photo, COA, Fit Test, Employee Bio Form, and Relias Color Vision testing as required
