- Oncology RN
- Based in Cleveland, Ohio
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Every other weekend and every other holiday
Unit / Clinical Setting
- Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, Telemetry
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Oncology experience within the last year
- Oncology (2 years of experience)
- Surgical Oncology experience
- Stepdown experience
- Telemetry experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- License/certificate verification with Nursys and Primary Source Verification
- U.S. employment verification within the last 5 years
- Education verification
- Ohio fingerprints and background check requirements
- Criminal background check within 6 months of start
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year prior to start
- Competency exam completed within 1 year prior to start
- Core competencies completed within 1 year prior to start
- Physical exam statement within 1 year of start showing ability to work without restrictions
- Influenza vaccine documentation or approved exemption process
- MMR immunity or booster process
- Varicella immunity or booster process
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- TB testing within the last 6 months
- Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start
- Submission packet including resume, 2 professional references from the last 2 years, and job application
- I-9 attestation
- Badge photo
- OIG search
- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
- Module completion certificate
