Job Description

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry
• Must be available to work weekends
• Growing Per Diem Pool for RN Telemetry/Med Surg
• Candidates can start with minimal compliance but must provide remaining compliance within two weeks of start
• Non-negotiable compliance includes:

  • License verification
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as required
  • MMR and Varicella vaccination record or proof of immunity or declination
  • Negative TB test results within one year of start date
  • Drug screen and background check shortly after shift start

Required Credentials & Compliance

• Licenses & Certifications:

  • Active professional nursing license with primary source verification (updated within 30 days of start)
  • BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • ACLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • PALS and NRP as required
  • DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)
• Health & Vaccinations:

  • COVID-19 vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or completed declination
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer
  • Varicella: Vaccination or immunity titer
  • Hepatitis B: Vaccination or declination accepted
  • Influenza vaccine or declination required for Nov 1, 2025 – Mar 31, 2026
  • Tdap: Vaccination or declination accepted
  • TB test: Negative result within one year of start
  • Physical/Health Statement: Annual clearance to work required
• Other Requirements:

  • Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport
  • Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years)
  • Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80% score or attestation)
  • Prime Skills Checklist
  • Prime Criminal Background Check (national, within one year)
  • Prime Agency Attestation (completed after all credentials uploaded)
  • Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search
  • Prime Form I-9 (employment eligibility verification)
  • Prime Job Description signed by employee
  • Prime Color-blind test (annual)
  • Prime Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test WITH THC included, plus psychoactive THC saliva test (per California law) within 60 days of start
