Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years current Critical Care experience (required)
• Certifications:

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
  • NIHSS
• Licenses:

  • Massachusetts nursing license must be in-hand (no exceptions, facility will not pend license)
  • Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License required for submission
• Education: BSN preferred
• Skills:

  • Ventilator management, ICP Monitoring, and Hemodynamic Monitoring (required)
  • Meditech Expanse experience (strongly preferred)
  • TNCC (preferred)
• Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to float to PCU as needed (required)
  • Must have own vehicle (firm requirement)
  • Requested time off (RTO) during assignment must be noted and verified at submission; no more than 5 days allowed
  • All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission; no scheduling requests will be approved after offer

Work Environment

• Unit size: 20 beds
• Patient ratio: 1:2
• Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color
• Orientation: 8 hours non-billable
• Holiday and overtime multipliers: 1.25x
• Block scheduling and 36-hour guaranteed time are not available
