<h2>Schedule</h2>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
The Inpatient Pharmacist will be responsible for supporting various departments, including ICU, Labor &amp; Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department. Specific duties include:

 <li>Reviewing medication orders and providing recommendations for therapy.</li>
 <li>Ensuring accurate dispensing of medications.</li>
 <li>Monitoring patient outcomes and drug therapy.</li>
 <li>Collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
 <li>2-5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required.</li>
 <li>Experience in a critical access hospital setting is highly preferred.</li>
 <li>Familiarity with Meditech and Omnicell systems is a plus.</li>
 <li>Must possess an active New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (to be obtained upon acceptance of offer).</li>
 <li>American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.</li>
