Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Position/Specialty: Stepdown/PCU RN
Shift: 3x12 Nights (1845-0715), with the option for 4x12s if preferred.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience; first-timers not accepted.
Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIH (National Institutes of Health)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred
On-call Requirement: No
Floating: Will float as needed within scope to meet facility needs.
Local Candidates Accepted: Yes, no radius restrictions.
Pending License: Not accepted; must have an active Illinois license to apply.
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without compensation for the cancelled hours.

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience within the last year
Telemetry experience
