Job Opportunity: X-Ray Tech/Pediatrics

Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

• Shift: Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 7 PM to 7:30 AM with holiday rotation.
• Orientation: The first week may include day shifts for orientation, followed by a set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Daily caseload varies.
• On-call rotation required based on unit needs.
• May float to other buildings on the same campus or pediatric imaging locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year; first-timers accepted.
• Certifications Required:

  • ARRT (R) and BLS
  • Additional certifications may be required based on specific unit needs (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
• Experience Preferred:

  • OR experience, C-arm experience (training available).
  • O-arm experience (training available).
  • Trauma experience preferred but not required.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Radiation Badge: Must be provided by the agency; not provided by the facility.
• State License: South Carolina license must be in hand prior to start.
• Background Check: Required, including verification of last 3 clinical employers.
• Health Documents:

  • Annual TB Questionnaire.
  • Vaccination records (COVID-19, Flu, Tdap, etc.).
  • Fit test for N95 masks within 90 days prior to start.
• References: Proof of 2 clinical references required.
