Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
Minimum 1 year of Radiology Technician experience within the last year, including X-Ray Technician experience

Additional Requirements

Completion of facility-specific online training modules prior to start. Modules must be completed on a computer using Google Chrome and cannot be done via phone.
Photo ID badge required prior to start.
Annual safety manual acknowledgement required.
TB questionnaire required annually if history of positive TB test.
Must comply with all facility onboarding and credentialing processes.

Notes

Candidates may start with fingerprinting results pending if fingerprinting is completed prior to start.
Travelers returning to the facility after a break greater than 6 months may need to repeat onboarding modules.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
