Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

Location: Bel Air, Maryland
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Average Daily Census: Approximately 15 cases daily
Start Date: May 4, 2026, or ASAP

Job Description

Inpatient case management providing and coordinating medical home care, placement, and social services to ensure safe discharges.
Manage complex cases including working with guardianships, capacity/certificate of competency, legal teams, and attending court hearings with patients.
Responsibilities include locating and contacting family members, friends, or neighbors as part of case management.
Holiday work required as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
Minimum of 1 year of case management experience, including inpatient and acute hospital case management within the last year
Verification of technical certification at the national level
State license verification
NURSYS verification for RN, LPN/LVN, or AP licensure
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Demonstrated inpatient case management experience

Additional Information

Must be agreeable to working holidays as scheduled.
Candidates must complete all required documentation and attestations prior to start.
Facility-specific policies and confidentiality agreements must be reviewed and signed.
Candidates will be required to complete a photo for badge issuance.
Fit testing for masks required within 1 year of start.
Drug testing and immunization documentation must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
