Job Description

• Position requires availability for on-call shifts during low census periods.
• Weekend work is required.
• Meal breaks are 30 minutes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Requirements

• Must complete and maintain all required documentation such as I9, driver’s license/state ID, and proof of name change if applicable.
• Must complete OSHA Respiratory Safety clearance if fit test is failed.
• Must complete sexual harassment training annually.
• Must complete confidentiality, information security, and cannabis acknowledgment agreements.
• Accommodation request forms for vaccinations or fit test failures must be submitted within 24-48 hours of contract signing if applicable.

Work Environment

• Position is in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
• On-call shifts during low census periods.
• Weekend shifts required.
