Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Call: Approximately 4-6 calls in a 6-week period, including weekend call

Required Qualifications

• Surgical Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
• Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Social Security Card (as applicable for I9 verification)
• Background Check within 90 days covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must include SSN Trace, Death Master Index, Nationwide and County checks, National Sex Offender, FACIS Level 3, Education Verification, MVR if applicable
• Education Verification (degree/diploma/transcripts) as applicable
• Employment Application covering at least last 5 years (7 years for APN/Subcontractors)
• Minimum of 2 professional references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within last 3 years
• Drug Screening: 9 Panel within 12 months of start (10-panel for some Per Diem candidates)
• Physical Exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO, confirming ability to work with or without accommodation
• Immunizations and Health Requirements:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or declination accepted)
  • Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray within 12 months, updated annually
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer with acceptable alternatives or declination
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer or declination
  • Seasonal Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
  • COVID-19 vaccination record preferred; declinations accepted with adherence to infection control policies
• Respiratory Safety Clearance (RespSafety) required annually for travel candidates
• Fit Mask testing required annually for travel candidates (except Radiation Therapists at this location)
• State-specific background and registry checks as applicable (e.g., Washington State Patrol Search, OBRA Registry for CNAs if applicable)
• Annual completion of required Workramp training modules (regulatory, specialty, regional, and system-specific) depending on role and location
• Photo for badge (passport style with neutral background) as required
