Location: Billings, Montana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

Experience

  • Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
  • Required years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard for specialty (verify with recruiter if needed)

    • Mumps
    • Rubella
    • Hepatitis B
    • Varicella
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years or signed declination
  • Seasonal flu vaccination required during flu season (Oct 31 - Mar 31), with exemptions accepted
  • COVID-19 vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption required
  • Negative drug screen within 30 days of start; must be renewed annually

Documentation & History

  • 2 references required, including a direct supervisor reference within the last year
  • Current employment application covering 7 years of employment with explanations for gaps over 30 days
  • Employment verification preferred for the last 5 years
  • Skills checklist as applicable

  • Facility-specific OSHA form required for onsite fit testing
