Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Santa Monica, California
Day shift: 4x10s, Monday through Friday
40 hours per week
Float position to other units where case management coverage is needed
First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met
No weekend requirement
No on-call requirement
Business casual attire
Charting system: Epic

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2 years of Case Management experience
Case Management experience within the last year
Utilization Review (InterQual)
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current and valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID
Two supervisor-level references, with at least one from within the last year
Employment application with 7 years of work history and explanations for gaps of 30 days or more
Work history verification for the last 5 years, with explanations for gaps of 30 days or more
Skills checklist
Education verification showing BSN or MSN
Background check within 30 days of start
State license verification within 30 days of start
NURSYS verification within 30 days of start

Health and Compliance Requirements

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask within 1 year of start
Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation or declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
Hepatitis B documentation or declination
Drug screen within the last 12 months
Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
COVID vaccination or declination
