Overview
- Travel/contract role in San Francisco, California
- Float pool position; not unit-based
- 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
- Weekends as needed
- Must be able to float to other facilities/units
- No first-time travelers
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- 2.5 years of Stepdown experience within the last year
- Transitional Care Unit experience
- Telemetry experience
- Experience in a Teaching Hospital setting
- One completed travel assignment
Preferred
- NIHSS
- Experience caring for acute care patients recovered from procedures, such as biopsies
Assignment Notes
- May be assigned to ED for boarded patients and/or assist with tasks
- May be assigned to PACU for boarded patients
