Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Torrance, California
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience working with Pediatric patients
• Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room experience

Schedule and Work Expectations

• May be required to work a 7th shift if census increases, scheduled in advance
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated
• Up to 10 days of RTO
• Must work 3 of 5 holidays
• On-call not required

References

• Two supervisor/manager references within a year of start
• One Charge RN reference is acceptable
• The first reference must be from the current or most recent employer
• The second reference must be from the second most recent employer
• One reference may be pending at start if it is on file within a week of start
