Job Opportunity: Radiology Tech/X-Ray Tech

Location: Detroit, Michigan
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Job Summary

Under general supervision, perform computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients. May also perform general diagnostic radiology examinations. Additional related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT), or registry-eligible
Healthcare Provider certification (BLS)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician/X-Ray Tech with a focus on radiologic technology and CT
Radiology Technician experience within the last year
Experience working with Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma patients in Emergency Room (ER), Inpatient (IP), Outpatient (OP), or Operating Room (OR) settings
Experience in Acute Care, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings
CT Technologist experience
Experience with Cerner electronic health record system

Additional Information

Must maintain required hours of continued education
No preferred skills or certifications specified
