Job Details

• Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other week (EOW), every other holiday (EOH)

• Positive PPD: Clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire required (chest x-rays valid for 5 years)
• Fit Test: Completed within 1 year of start (specific mask types listed)
• Physical Exam: Completed within 1 year of start, must state ability to work without restrictions

Background & Compliance Requirements

• Ohio Fingerprints: Required (BCI&I check and FCRA-compliant national criminal background check)
• Criminal Background Check: Within 6 months of start, including social security trace, county searches, national sex offender registry
• Social Security Trace: If not included in background check, must be completed within 1 year of start
• National Database Criminal Background Check: For Ohio residents to meet fingerprint requirements
• OIG Search, SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC Checks: Must be completed within 6 months prior to start
• Drug Screen: 10-panel urine drug screen within 60 days of start; instant drug screens not accepted
• I-9 Attestation: Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. required
• Education Verification: Highest level of education verified through third-party; international equivalency required if applicable
• Employment Verification: Verification of employment within last 5 years through third-party
• Competency Exams: Must score at least 80% on relevant department exams within 1 year prior to start
• Core Competencies: Must be completed within 1 year prior to start with 80% passing score (includes HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission topics)

Requirements/Qualifications

• Oncology experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Stepdown nursing experience
• Telemetry nursing experience
