• Varicella – Proof of 2 vaccines at least 28 days apart or positive titer

• Physical/Health Statement – Must be completed within 60 days of start and state clear to work
• Drug Screening – Minimum 10-panel test including THC (with specific CA testing requirements) within 60 days of start

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Nevada
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
