Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Schedule: No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician, with experience within the last year
• Must have current and valid license/certification relevant to EP Technician role; verification must be dated within 30 days of start
• American Heart Association BLS certification required

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Candidates must provide the following documentation, all to be current and compliant with specified timelines:

Health and Safety

• Fit Test
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (9 or 10 panel, no THC; completed and resulted before start)
• COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster by Sept 2025) or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
• Hepatitis B: At least first vaccination prior to start; subsequent doses per schedule (titers not accepted)
• Influenza Vaccine (optional)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot); positive TB requires chest x-ray per regional guidelines
• Varicella: Proof of vaccination or IgG titer lab report
• Physical/Health Statement: Exam within last year confirming fitness to work

Professional and Legal Compliance

• Trinity Code of Conduct Form (signed)
• Trinity I9 form (completed by agency)
• Confidentiality and System Security Agreement (signed)
• Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (signed)
• Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, county (last 7 years), including SSN verification; dated within 30 days of start
• Education Verification: Highest academic degree or diploma/GED verified
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days
• GSA/OIG Exclusion report dated within 30 days
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and state-specific checks if applicable
• System Access Form: Must be completed and uploaded one week before start
