Required Credentials & Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required for onboarding
ARRT Certification – Required for onboarding
Professional State License
- Must follow applicable state executive orders and board guidelines for temporary licensure, emergency waivers, and/or licensure by endorsement
- Out-of-state licensure accepted when permitted by state executive orders
- License verification required for submission
Nursys License Verification – Required for submission

Additional Requirements

Completion of Catholic Core Competencies (Checklist/Testing) – Required for onboarding
Completion of Catholic Skills Checklist (Checklist/Testing) – Required for onboarding
Completion of Catholic Unit Exam (Checklist/Testing) – Required for onboarding
