Valid RN license in New York
Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding Requirements

BLS and ACLS must not expire during the assignment
Fit test completed before start
MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or declination documentation
TB testing documentation
Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
Tdap within the last 10 years or declination documentation
Physical/health statement within the past 12 months
Color headshot
Skills checklist for the assigned unit
Core competency exam
Central health forms and acknowledgements required for onboarding
7 instant background checks
Drug screen must exclude marijuana
COVID-19 vaccine proof or declination is optional
