Job info

Responsible for coordinating outpatient and inpatient services, including preadmission nursing assessments, testing, procedure coordination, and post-procedure care.
May function as a designated charge nurse.
Works in a fast-paced endoscopy environment and may supervise LPNs, Endoscopy Technicians, Hospital Aides, and unit Patient Access Representatives.

Flu vaccine or a Centralus-specific declination form is required; if declination is used, the traveler must wear a mask at all times while on assignment
Nursys completed within 30 days prior to start
State license verification completed within 30 days prior to start
Centralus Skills Checklist for the unit the traveler will be working on
Centralus Core Competency Exam
MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
