• Inpatient rehab / med surg
• Patient population includes brain injury, limb loss, spinal cord injury, trauma/ortho, oncology, and general debilitation
• Traveler must float across all campuses and like units

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of rehabilitation experience
• Rehabilitation experience within the last year
• Med Surg experience
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Driver's License
• Ability to handle a variety of patients independently (neuro, ortho, trauma, oncology, etc.)
• Experience with Epic

Preferred / Nice to Have

• NIHSS certification
• Acute rehab and/or med surg hospital background

Additional Notes

• Orientation date: 8/17
• NBO: 16 hours
• Must work 1–2 of the 3 upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed
• Local radius rule: 50 miles
• EPIC experience is required
