Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Employment Details

• Type: Travel/Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7 AM - 5:30 PM (4x10s)
• On-Call Requirement: 1-2 nights, must stay within 30 minutes of the facility while on call
• Weekend Requirement: On-call rotation (usually every 3rd or 4th weekend)

Job Description

• Experience with Impella preferred
• Ratios: 1:1 in procedure room; 1:3-4 in prep/hold
• Minimum Years of Experience Required: 2 years
• First-timers accepted, but travel experience is preferred
• Local candidates accepted within a 65-mile radius

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• KY/Compact license

Additional Requirements

• Valid Driver's License, State ID, or Passport
• Background Check within 90 days of start
• Proof of 2 clinical references (hospital evaluation also accepted)
• Education Verification required
• TB Assessment and other health documents as specified

Health and Safety Requirements

• Seasonal Flu Vaccination/Documentation for 2024-25
• COVID-19 Vaccination (Dose 1 and 2 if applicable)
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray documentation
• Fit Test for N95 masks within 1 year

Compliance and Documentation

• Various facility-specific documents and forms must be completed prior to start, including confidentiality agreements, health history forms, and training modules.

Notes

• Hard document due date by 5 PM PST on the Tuesday prior to the start date.
• Candidates must complete all required documentation and training modules before starting.
