Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• Experience with Epic

Additional Requirements

• Epic charting experience
• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• 2 references within the last 3 years
• Employment application must include 7 years of employment history and explanations for gaps greater than 30 days
• Skills checklist required before start and updated annually as applicable
• Physical exam within 12 months of start, with a physician statement of fitness to work without restrictions
• Drug test within 30 days of start
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Immunization or declination documentation for COVID-19, flu, MMR, hepatitis B, Tdap, varicella, and tetanus/diphtheria as applicable
• Background check and state-specific clearance requirements
• Education verification of highest completed education
• Pass/fail testing required before or at orientation, including medication and EKG-related competency exams
