Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Requirements
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Education verification or transcript/diploma
- Sex offender search
- Fire card within 30 days of start
- Physical exam clearance within 1 year
- Fit mask testing within 12 months prior to start
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years or declination
- Negative TB screening within 12 months of start
- TB questionnaire within 14 days of start
- Positive titers for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella, with boosters if titers are low
- 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
- COVID vaccination documentation or declination
- 2 professional references within 3 years of start
