Overview

Travel/Contract role in New Haven, Connecticut.
Short Term Acute Care setting.
Level I Trauma Center.
1,567 staffed beds.
Epic charting.
Cross-trains and floats between campuses.
Assigned to one campus, with possible rotation to other campuses.
Travelers do not get trauma/rescue rooms, triage, or locked behavioral health units.

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:00.
Every other weekend required.
On-call not required.
Block scheduling not accommodated.
Guaranteed hours.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Connecticut.
ED - Emergency Department (1.5 years of experience).
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
TNCC.
NIHSS.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.

Preferred

2 years of experience.

Additional Notes

RTO greater than 7 days requires approval.
Parking is $125/month.
