Role Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Milwaukie, Oregon
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology

- Night shift: 5x8 hours, 23:00–07:00
- Weekend coverage required: Friday, Saturday, Sunday overnight
- Expected ratio: 1:1
- No on-call

Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Oregon
- Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- 1 year of Radiology Technician experience
- 1ST TIMERS accepted
- BLS
- State license verification as applicable
- Competency exam as applicable by profession/specialty
- Skills checklist as applicable for the unit
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Employment application with at least the last 5 years of employment
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card as applicable for I-9
- Education verification required for all candidates
- Background check within 90 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask testing
- Tdap within 10 years
- Negative TB or chest X-ray
- Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
- COVID vaccination record or declination
- RespSafety clearance
- Photo for badge
- Workramp annual regulatory requirements
- Oregon floating policy acknowledgement
