Required Qualifications

• Ohio state license required for RRTs
• 2 supervisory references required; charge nurses count as only 1 reference

Notes

• A current government-issued photo ID is required; temporary IDs or temporary driver’s licenses are not acceptable
• If the traveler has an Ohio driver’s license, the address must not be within 60 miles of the facility
• TB documentation may be satisfied by negative TB testing or chest x-ray, depending on history
