Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day (4x10 Hours), 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Length: 24 weeks

Coordinate care for patients with heart transplants, including:
- Immunosuppression monitoring
- Prophylactic antibiotic management
- Monitoring for organ rejection and infection
- Routine patient monitoring
Ability to float to other facilities within the system.
