Job Description

• Schedule: Friday through Tuesday

Required Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in California
• Minimum of 1 year of Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience, including experience within the last year
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) certification

Certifications (Verify by position)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - AHA or ARC
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) certification required for Behavioral Health LVN/LPNs (verify if applicable)
