Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Outpatient Physical Therapist needed
• Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (Day shift)
• No weekends or holidays required
• Electronic Medical Record system used: Epic
• Bi-weekly orientation provided
• First-time travelers are welcome
• No specific scrub color required
• 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates may be considered

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• Proof of E-Verify or Attestation
• Background check: 7-year criminal check within a year of start, updated annually
• Various federal and state background screenings (EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG)
• Education verification or diploma/transcript for highest degree obtained
• Certifications as applicable (e.g., BLS, ACLS if required by unit)
• Drug screening: 9-panel drug screen within a year of start
• Physical exam within the last 12 months (physician statement)
• Immunizations and titers as required (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
• References: 2 professional references within 2 years of start
• Completion of skills checklist and competency exams as applicable

Additional Notes

• Orientation packets and new hire clinical packets must be completed and brought to orientation
• Candidates must comply with facility-specific policies and documentation requirements
• Mask-wearing required during flu season for those with approved flu exemptions
