Night shift
36 hours per week
3 shifts of 8 hours and 1 shift of 12 hours weekly
Shift times may vary between 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Every other weekend coverage

Role Summary

Serves as an off-shift RN supervisor for a 180-bed long-term care facility
Provides clinical expertise, problem-solving support, staff mentoring and coaching, and patient flow coordination during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
House Supervisor (2 years of experience)
House Supervisor experience within the last year
Experience in Charge roles
Skilled Nursing experience
Long Term Care experience
Experience with Epic
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS

Certifications

Key Clinical Areas

Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
Rehabilitation
Long-term care
Behavioral management and de-escalation
IV and line care, including PICC line management

Unit Environment

Facility includes 5 units serving residents with dementia, diabetes, CVA, cardiac, orthopedic, rehab, secure dementia, and long-term care needs
Orientation is held during the day in the first week

Work Attire

Any scrubs are acceptable
