Job Summary
Seeking a clinically compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The role involves evaluating and treating skilled nursing facility (SNF) patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and completing documentation according to facility standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Complete documentation in the facility’s electronic health record system
- May require floating to a nearby sister facility within walking distance
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license or license in process under the 60-day rule
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred; new graduates are welcome and mentorship is available
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
Schedule Preference
- Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule preferred
