Job Opportunity: Clinical Staff/Ambulatory Pharmacist

Location: State College, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Contract
**Contract Length: 12 weeks

Position Summary

Provide comprehensive patient care through inpatient pharmacy functions such as order entry/verification, medication checking/dispensing, and other tasks ensuring safe and effective medication use.
May rotate into ambulatory roles including anticoagulation clinic services, oncology, or other areas as assigned.
Support patient care activities for diverse populations, from geriatrics to pediatrics.

Minimum Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy (mandatory qualification)

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience
Pharmacist experience within the last year

License/Certification/Registration

Valid Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
