Contract Length

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience
• ARDMS or RCS
• Active BLS from the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) through ARDMS or Fetal Echocardiography (FE) through ARDMS
• Unexpired driver’s license copy must be included with submission

Preferred Qualifications

• PE is preferred but not required

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Call coverage on Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• 5 eight-hour days per week
• 1–2 call shifts per week with weekend coverage approximately every 4th weekend

Unit Details

• 2-room unit
• Procedures include pediatric echo, TEE, carotid, and venous duplex
• Equipment used: IE33 Philips
• Coverage includes the pediatric clinic and the hospital

Submission Notes

• Only 1 position may be submitted at a time across the WVU system
• Candidate’s driver’s license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility
• Previous permanent candidates must have been gone for 2 years
• Previous travelers who were there for 1 full year must have been gone for 2 years
• Background hits must be disclosed at time of submission
• Travel teams must be submitted together in one email
• Up to 2 candidates may be submitted per opening
