Job Details

Job Description

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services in a high-acuity, quaternary academic medical hospital setting.
  • Responsibilities include second verification for hazardous medications, processing TPN medications, product preparation verification for both hazardous and non-hazardous compounds, and compounding of non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are completed and tracked daily.
  • Work within a complex patient population including advanced cardiac care, oncology, and multi-organ transplantation.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Clinical Pharmacist license in Texas.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience, including experience within the last year.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Additional Information

  • Typical shift hours: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • Parking options available on and off campus (details not included).
