Job Opportunity: LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Stillwater, Minnesota

Position Details

Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) RN
Contract Length: 4 weeks
Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
Primary Shifts:
- PM: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (primary)
- AM: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (available but fewer openings)
- Night: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (available but fewer openings)
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
Holiday Coverage: On rotation
Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
Overtime: Available
Start Date: ASAP
LPN Utilization: LPNs can be utilized for RN needs

Facility & Work Environment

Facility Type: LTC/TCU (Long-Term Care / Transitional Care Unit)
Number of Beds: 45 total (23 LTC beds, 22 TCU beds)
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:23
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: PCC
IV Certification: Required/preferred for LPNs
Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Yes
Common Patient Diagnoses: LTC and TCU populations

Certifications Required

Basic Life Support (BLS) Verification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Verification

Additional Notes

No on-call or call-back responsibilities
Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
Local placements within an 80-mile radius
A fee applies if clinician cancels or quits with less than 14 days’ notice
