Pediatric Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist
Location: Peoria, Illinois

Job Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Patient Load: 6 to 9 patients per day
- Patient Population: Sensory processing disorder, autism, fine motor delay, developmental delay
- Setting: Outpatient pediatrics only
- Experience Required: Pediatric experience required
- Certifications: BLS required
- EMR System: Epic
- Rehab Aides/COTAs: Not staffed
- Shifts: 8-hour shifts starting at 8 AM
- Scheduling: Patient access team manages schedules based on therapist’s plan of care
- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: None
- Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs (black, gray, khaki)
- Orientation: 1-2 weeks with preceptor, includes one day of Epic training and shadowing
Additional Notes
- Must have an active Illinois license or confirmation that application process has started
- Drug-free campus; negative drug screen required for all panels
- Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius
- Orientation hours (12 hours) are non-billable and guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
- Call off policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or payback required
