• Unit: Operating Room Complex with 11 operating rooms
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Equipment Used: Stryker
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC
• Patient Type: Surgical patients in the OR
• Float Requirements: As required by facility
• Call Requirements: As required by facility
• Weekend Hours: As required by facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Valid Driver's License

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in the OR
• Maintain professional accountability for patient care delivery
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers
• Coordinate patient care with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
• Perform duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and service standards

• Dress Code: Ceil Blue scrubs (supplied)
• Facility is a Level 2 Trauma, Stroke, and STEMI Center with a CMS 3 Star Rating
